This is 2019 information. 2020 details coming soon!
Scheduled: Saturday, 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Emcee: Susan Greening Davis
The Saturday Night Event to benefit cancer research is always a popular evening and sells out quickly. The theme this year will be “The Circus,” which celebrates creativity, entrepreneurship and diversity. The night will begin with a lovely dinner buffet, followed by the anticipated fast-paced schedule of games and entertainment. Included for those that attend are specialty kits from The Purple Thread and something unique from Susan Greening Davis. We really appreciate the generosity of both Susan and Sharon!
Also featured will be the Silent Auction to benefit Women’s Cancer research. Spectators can bid on a variety of donated items from our vendors, manufacturers, designers, teachers and exhibitors. Many enjoy interacting in a friendly rivalry of bidding wars all for a worthy cause. The Celebration of Needlework raffle drawing also takes place during the Saturday night event.
Please join us for a hysterically fun evening celebrating women living life to the fullest and supporting the effort to find a cure for cancer. Celebration of Needlework works hard each year to make this “The Greatest Needlework Show” for our attendees in what will be our 27th season in New Hampshire.
We strongly suggest making reservations with us ahead if you have a large group that would like to sit together. One person of your group can email me with a list of names and I will do my best to accommodate you based on layout of the banquet room. Once confirmed, we cannot accommodate any changes or refunds. Your table assignment will be in your group’s contact registration packet. We will have two hostesses that will escort your group to the designated table.
Sponsored by Celebration of Needlework and Olde Colonial Designs.
Shared note from Dana Farber:
I hope this email finds you well. I write to thank you for A Celebration of Needlework’s generous gift in support of women’s cancer research and patient care here at Dana-Farber. Please know that with your partnership our physician-scientists are able to provide our patients and their families with the best available care now while developing new waves of therapies through groundbreaking research.
I am happy to introduce myself as a resource for you within our Development Office and am thrilled to welcome A Celebration of Needlework as a 2017-2018 President’s Circle Corporate Leader. This annual giving society recognizes companies and organizations that make health and wellness a priority within their community by supporting Dana-Farber.
One of the best parts of my job is to connect with donors and a Celebration of Needlework has been a cheerleader of our mission to conquer cancer for a number of years. It you wouldn’t mind sharing I would love to learn why your organization has chosen to support Dana-Farber.
Many thanks again for your partnership and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
All my best,
Assistant Director, Annual Giving
