This project is a 7” X 15” Needle roll with vintage fabrics and current threads of cotton, wool and silk. 32 count linen is the base fabric for this project. This replicated piece from 1776 and is 250 years old. Join me in bringing a piece of needlework history from the permanent Winterthur Collection to Celebration for your stitching pleasure.
I have wanted to bring it to life for many years, and this just seems to be the perfect time. You will fall in love with the design and simple finish.
Kit includes: 32 count Sheep’s Straw Linen, floss, chart, fabric lining, Skirtex, and finishing photos.
Please bring to class basic stitching supplies, plus magnification and extra lighting, if needed.
