Students should be familiar with queen stitch.
Create a tiny, tiny box to tuck away essential sewing tools. The box is only 3” in diameter but it holds a needlebook featuring a spunky cardinal, one of Barbara’s celebrated strawberries with embroidered felted wool top, and petite red scissors with a charming fob attached. On top of the box is a puffy strawberry sampler design that will give you a place to plop your needles as you stitch. The box is already painted and waxed in a lovely shade of dark blue; you don’t have to do a thing but stitch! A beautiful array of silk is used on 36 count cream linen to create the darling accessories.
Finishing is all by hand and instructions are given for everything.
Kit includes: Linen, silk threads, beads, felted wool, scissors, needles, instructions and box “ready to use”
Please bring extra lighting and magnification if needed and normal stitching supplies.
