This little heart is a lovely way to learn a new skill and new craft.
The handsome Battenberg design is easy to make and has infinite uses. The heart project can be finished in approximately 6 hours. In class, you will lay tapes to make the shape and fill in with decorative stitches. You will learn Battenberg knot, filling stitches and what you need to know to complete the project by the end of the class. Thereafter, you can easily complete later. This project can be used as a hanging ornament or stitch it to a corner of a handkerchief as a keepsake for a bride or special friend. The possibilities are endless, once you have learned how to make it. Open your “heart” and try something new!
