Celebration of Needlework 2024

COVID-19 Response

The health, safety and well-being of all attendees to Celebration of Needlework is a top priority. We have been working with the host hotel staff to adapt our show policies and procedures. The hotel has put in place their own precautions, please contact them directly for specifics and travel regulations. Masks are required in all common areas at this time.

The show will likely not be as we are accustomed to and some of the show’s regular features and events may be altered or temporarily discontinued. As of today, the protocols in place are as follows:

  • Social Distancing: Stay 6’ feet apart whenever possible. Class seating will be set accordingly to allow for more space between participants. Markers will be set at vendor mall to indicate where to stand while waiting in line. We are unsure at this time if the Stitcher’s Lounge is something we can offer safely.
  • Face Coverings: Please bring your own and we will also have extra on hand for anyone who may need one.
  • Hygiene: Please have your own hand sanitizer with you if possible. We will have hand sanitizer available and will require each vendor to have hand sanitizer in their booth. We will regularly sanitize the registration area and require each vendor to do the same with their area. The hotel will be responsible for sanitization of classrooms and common areas.
  • Stay Home If Sick: If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are feeling unwell, please stay home. If you think you may have had direct exposure, please stay home.

We ask everyone to work together and have patience and grace for one another as we navigate through these changes.

Although we are taking every precaution necessary to keep everyone involved safe, by voluntarily attending Celebration of Needlework you acknowledge that you are aware of the protocols involved and are personally responsible for your own safety and actions.

Thank you for participating and we look forward to seeing you all. – Pam, Kelly, and Tammy, Celebration of Needlework/Olde Colonial Designs
